Meet Tarrant H. Lomax, Esq.
Tarrant "Tarry" Lomax is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. While on active duty with the United States Navy as an engineering instructor at the United States Naval Academy, Tarry obtained his law degree from George Washington University School of Law. He subsequenty was honorably discharged from the United States Navy as a Lieutenant Commander.
Tarry was a founding partner of Rhodes, Dunbar & Lomax, Chtd. in Washington, DC and subsequently formed Tarrant H. Lomax, Esq., P.C. In 2004, Tarry moved his practice from Washington, DC to Annapolis, MD.
Tarry is the current Chair of the City of Annapolis Maritime Advisory Board. He previously served on two Comprehensive Plan committeess for the City of Annapolis, the Board of Chesapeake Region Accessible Boating, the Eastport Civic Association, the Bermuda Ocean Race Association and Eastport Yacht Club, as well as various committees of Annapolis Yacht Club and Eastport Yacht Club.
Tarry has lived in Annapolis since 1978. He has been married to his wife Eva since 1982 and has one son, Charles. The family enjoys bluewater and Chesapeake Bay boating, as well as Rocky Mountain winter and summer activities.
